- Assist in configuring and managing SPF records to ensure proper email authentication and delivery.
- Monitor email flow and analyze SPF-related issues to identify and troubleshoot potential problems.
- Work closely with the IT security team to implement best practices for email system security and performance.
- Document and maintain SPF configurations and procedures for compliance and future reference.
- Conduct routine audits of existing SPF records to ensure they are up-to-date and accurately reflect the organization's email sending domains.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate their services into the email infrastructure while maintaining SPF integrity.
- Provide support and guidance to end-users regarding SPF-related queries and issues.
