Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine maintenance and repair on kitchen equipment, including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other appliances.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify the root causes and implement effective solutions.
· Conduct regular inspections to assess the condition and performance of kitchen equipment.
· Collaborate with the kitchen staff to address and resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
· Install, configure, and calibrate new kitchen equipment or appliances.
· Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
· Ensure the kitchen complies with safety and sanitation standards.
· Order and maintain an inventory of spare parts and supplies required for repairs.
· Provide technical support and training to kitchen staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
