Head Housekeeper Basic skills and/or proficiency [experienced or thru training]

• Manning | rostering | planning | mobilization| demobilization – mandatory for Head Housekeeper
• Must be proficient in cleaning and basic maintenance audit or inspection, skilled in leadership and time management.
• Has basic knowledge of maintenance related subject to identify and report issues in a correct manner. Ability to identify if it’s a plumbing, electrical, HVAC or normal fixtures issues.
