- Inspect vehicle interiors and assess leather damage (cracks, tears, fading, stains, burns, scratches).
- Perform leather repair, restoration, recoloring, and conditioning on seats, door panels, steering wheels, and trims.
- Match colors accurately and apply dyes, fillers, and protective coatings.
- Use appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Clean and prepare leather surfaces before restoration work.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and quality guidelines.
- Manage tools and materials responsibly and report any defects or shortages.
- Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding job status and requirements.
