- Plan, schedule, and monitor shipment activities to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouses for shipment arrangements.
- Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documentation in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Review and interpret Letters of Credit issued by banks to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Prepare and submit required documents (e.g., B/L, invoices, certificates) to banks for LC negotiation and payment.
- Resolve discrepancies related to LC documentation with financial institutions.
- Ensure adherence to customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address trade compliance requirements.
- Act as a liaison between suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and customers to ensure seamless execution of the supply chain.
- Address and resolve any logistical or documentation issues that arise.
- Track shipments and update stakeholders on status and estimated delivery timelines.
