Responsible for managing customs clearance and logistics operations for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with Saudi customs laws and smooth dispatch across local, GCC, and export markets.
- Calculate and process customs duties, tariffs, and taxes; arrange timely payments.
- Prepare and submit Bills of Entry (BOE), import/export documents, and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
- Coordinate inspections, approvals, and documentation with customs authorities and related agencies.
- Enter shipment details in customs portals; cross-check data with physical documents.
- Liaise with government officials, clients, vendors, and transporters to expedite clearance and delivery.
- Prepare Arabic invoices, translate and verify documents, and issue loading permissions.
- Manage import/export codes, gate passes, and port cards; renew before expiry.
- Collect CAN, DO, and other shipping documents; settle payments with commercial teams.
- Plan and supervise dispatches based on customer requirements; negotiate freight rates and arrange transport.
- Maintain logistics reports (DTS, MDR), track shipments, and update SAP systems.
- Ensure health, safety, and legal compliance in transportation and distribution.
- Share latest customs rules and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Managing other work related to visas, employment, permits, and coordinating with the government agencies in KSA.
