Experience
• Provides support to Logistics Manager in managing the daily operations of logistics division.
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on Logistics Division performance.
• Monitor and analyze the overall status of vehicle/equipment in the fleet considering repair, maintenance, years of service and availability.
• Manage strategic procurement of vehicle/equipment or trading existing fleet base on market demand.
• Communicate and resolve any customer or third party related issues.
• Ensure availability of documents for tender preparations and submissions.
• Ensure compliance of Logistics Division to local and international regulations including relevant ISO standard for safety and quality.
• Ensure KPI target of the organization is being met.
• Identify the overall risk and opportunity within the organization.
