Address issues related to thread tension, needle alignment, and motor functionality. - Installation and Setup:Assist with the installation of new stitching machines.
Ensure proper setup and testing before machines are introduced to production. - Performance Optimization:Monitor machine performance to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Suggest and implement improvements for machine efficiency and safety. - Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and parts replacements.
Report recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions. - Safety Compliance:Ensure all stitching machines meet safety standards and guidelines.
Train operators on proper usage and basic troubleshooting of machines.
