- Collaborate with management to develop and implement health and safety programs tailored to the industrial environment, enhancing overall workplace safety.
- Monitor and manage employee health records, ensuring confidentiality while providing necessary follow-ups for occupational health screenings.
- Provide health education and training sessions to staff on topics such as ergonomics, stress management, and disease prevention.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers and specialists for referrals, ensuring employees receive appropriate care for complex health issues.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify potential hazards, recommending corrective actions to management to minimize risks.
- Assist in developing and enforcing health policies that comply with local regulations and best practices for industrial health management.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management regarding health-related concerns, fostering a culture of open communication.
- Participate in health and wellness initiatives, including vaccination drives and fitness programs, to promote a healthier workforce.
- Assess patient needs, create patient education materials, and provide patient education on various health topics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

- Advocate for patients' rights and assist in resolving any patient concerns or complaints.
