Job Description

Senior Manager main duties include training employees, creating and implementing business strategies and delegating tasks to team members.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall strategy aligned with organizational goals and future needs.
• Oversee the performance management process related to training and development activities
• Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programs using metrics and feedback mechanisms
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support in their development and performance
• Build strong relationships with function leads and heads of lines of service and key stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts with business needs
• Manage the budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated wisely and expenditures are within budgetary limits

· Can develop new brand, high end restaurant luxury, fuel trading etc
