Talent Management Operations:

• Partner with HRBPs, hiring managers, and employees to set clear probation goals, ensuring they are systemically tracked and reviewed on time.

• Lead goal-setting and performance management cycles, ensuring alignment with DH Group Services’ strategic priorities and embedding SMART objectives.

• Develop and deliver communication and training materials that promote understanding and ownership of Talent Management processes across all employee levels.

• Support HRBPs in managing performance improvement plans to ensure consistency, fairness, and compliance.

• Coordinate Talent Reviews and performance rating calibration sessions, maintaining accurate master data and final outputs.

• Support the Head of People in executing succession planning and identifying high-potential talent for development programmes.

• Design, implement, and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs), ensuring regular progress reviews and alignment with succession pipelines.

• Provide insights, analysis, and recommendations to continuously enhance Talent Management practices and employee experience.

Learning & Development:

• Design and implement structured learning pathways that support professional and leadership development across all employee levels.

• Develop engaging online learning modules and microlearning content to promote a blended learning culture.

• Partner with subject matter experts and Group L&D to ensure learning content aligns with business needs and the Group’s learning framework.

• Manage and maintain the learning management system (LMS), tracking participation, completion rates, and learning impact.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning through campaigns, learning weeks, and engagement initiatives that celebrate growth and development.

• Evaluate learning effectiveness through metrics and feedback, ensuring ongoing improvement of training offerings.

Employee Engagement:

• Develop and execute employee engagement strategies that strengthen connection, motivation, and well-being across DH Group Services.

• Partner with HRBPs to analyze engagement survey results and implement targeted action plans.

• Champion innovative engagement initiatives that reinforce DH values and foster an inclusive and high-performing culture.

• Track and report engagement data to measure impact and progress.

Talent Management Metrics & Reporting:

• Identify and track key performance indicators for Talent Management and Learning activities.

• Prepare dashboards, insights, and reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

• Maintain ownership of all reporting for cyclical HR activities to ensure transparency and accountability.

Compliance & System Support:

• Ensure all Talent and Learning activities comply with UAE Labour Law and internal policies.

• Act as a Tahweel super user, training HRBPs and employees on system functionalities and enhancements.

• Partner with IT to identify and resolve system issues and to enhance the functionality of Talent and Learning modules.

• Support audit processes and ensure timely implementation of recommendations.
