Functional responsibility

· Ensure the smooth Operation Maintenance of treatment plant

· Maintain uninterrupted wastewater flow without health hazard, effluent leakage, or water infiltration and inflow

· Familiarity with latest maintenance protocols and techniques

· Asset management and maintenance management techniques leveraging software support

· Operate the wastewater collection system that meets all regulatory requirements

· Avoid wastewater overflows, If it happens respond quickly and mitigate any impact of the overflow as a emergency

· Provide excellent customer service with efficient system operation and effective communication strategies

· Coordination with Client, Regional office and various stack holders

· Implementation of work-related SOPs at site

· Implementation of EHS & Quality Documents & procedures

· Monitoring & Control to comply contractual KPI’s

· Lead the O&M team to fulfill contractual obligations

· MIS preparation and Submission to client as well to regional office

Contract Management

· Preparation of Contractual letters, replies, response to notices etc.

· Understand and works according to the scope of contract

· Arriving at O&M cost for upcoming bids

· Preparation of budget & cost tracking

· Managing Subcontractors, vendor contracts, supply agreements, Purchase orders, contract amendments

· Anticipating legal & contractual risks and mitigation

· Document controlling, preparation of O&M Manual’s and SOP’s.

· Providing training to enhance capability of team
