- Receiving enquiries from ship owners and registering.

- Arranging ship visit prior to preparation of quotation if required.

- The collection of cost data from various sources, monitoring, and control of costs and the

preparation of costs reports and forecasts.

- Preparation and submission of competitive, commercial & technical bids for all type

&size of vessel repairs, conversions, and finalization of contract.

- Proven ability to develop detailed scope of work, and & plans for every project.

- Prepare stage payments in weekly & cost update during ships refit.

- Preparation and submission of time cost quotation to owner for additional jobs.

- Co-ordinate, develops, compile and submit detailed information to provide complete and

comprehensive estimation of all labour, material, and sub-contractor, costs associated

with a project.

- Familiar with requirements especially on the mechanical, piping, structural, electrical &

joinery aspects.

- Competitive pricing of materials.

- Review and analyse sub-contractor and vendor quotes, to assure quoted price, scope and

terms comply with schedule and specifications.

-Preparation and submission of invoice before vessel sail out.

- Generation of financial reports, Keeping the records & files
