Responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce operations, financial support, mall coordination, and production activities to ensure smooth online and offline brand performance across UAE and GCC.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care & Logistics: Handle online inquiries, complaints, returns, fraud checks, and coordinate deliveries with DHL/Aramex.
• Website & Marketing: Maintain Shopify content, execute email campaigns, manage QR/ Linktree, and prepare sales reports.
• Finance Support: Review and reconcile invoices (logistics, Meta Ads, Shopify, Stripe), approve freelancer payrolls.
• Mall Coordination: Manage mall requirements (signage, promotions, displays), support store openings, and attend marketing meetings.
• Production Management: Coordinate shoots, model casting, budgets, contracts, and oversee creative logistics.
• Cross-Functional Support: Liaise with HR, legal, finance, and creative teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives.
