Job Description

  • Driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting AP Technical FM (Facilities Management) services primarily in the B2C sector.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the FM sector (Soft and Hard Services).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting our FM services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals that meet client needs.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and revenue goals set by management.
  • Typically involved in the direct selling of FM services to B2C clients and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • UAE Valid Driving License is required.
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
