Marketing Campaign Support - Support the marketing team in the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives. - Coordinate campaign elements including creative assets, in-store materials, digital content, influencer activity, and PR support. - Liaise with internal teams (e-commerce, retail, visual merchandising, and buying) to support alignment between marketing actions and commercial priorities. - Track campaign timelines and follow up on deliverables to ensure on-time execution. Brand & Content Support - Assist in creating and publishing content for social media, website, newsletters, and other brand touchpoints. - Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging across all marketing materials. - Support content production activities such as photoshoots, including coordination of samples and logistics. - Contribute to editorial calendars and content briefs under guidance from senior team members. Event & Activation Support - Support the organization of in-store activations, pop-ups, influencer events, and product launches. - Assist with supplier coordination, logistics, and on-site support where required. - Help ensure brand standards and visual guidelines are respected across all activations. Digital & Social Media Marketing - Support the digital marketing team with content scheduling, influencer coordination, and campaign execution. - Track and report basic engagement and performance metrics across social and digital platforms. - Assist with CRM and email marketing campaigns, including content preparation and follow-up reporting. Market Research & Insights - Conduct basic research on fashion and homeware trends, competitors, and customer behavior. - Compile insights and summaries to support campaign planning and creative development. - Assist in identifying relevant partnerships and collaboration opportunities aligned with brand positioning. Reporting & Administration - Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice follow-up in coordination with the finance team. - Assist in preparing post-campaign reports, highlighting key results and learnings. - Maintain organized marketing files, assets, and documentation. - Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Timely execution of assigned marketing activities - Quality and consistency of marketing content - Growth in social media engagement and reach - Campaign support effectiveness (traffic, engagement, basic ROI indicators) - Accuracy and timeliness of reporting and administrative tasks - Collaboration and responsiveness with internal stakeholders
