Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in the service sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on driving business growth and enhancing brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Al Tawakkal Group's services.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the service sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
