1) Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
· Create and manage content calendars for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn
· Keep all online platforms updated (Google Maps, TripAdvisor, Zomato, Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.)
· Plan, schedule, and analyze ads and promotions
· Respond to online reviews and customer inquiries promptly
2) Strategy & Planning
· Develop and present a monthly marketing plan for each brand (LAROPE, PKNK, AYVA, SIZL, etc.)
· Plan launch campaigns, winter/summer menus, and holiday promotions
· Study competitor marketing and propose action plans
· Track performance through KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
3) Government & Pop-Up Outreach
· Identify and apply for high-traffic pop-up opportunities (Darya, Al Hosn, Global Village, Liwa, etc.)
· Contact government entities, tourism boards, and event organizers for kiosk and vending approvals
· Coordinate legal paperwork, stand setup, and operations with internal team
4) Certification & Awards
· Take full responsibility to apply for and manage:
· Michelin Guide recognition
· Haute Grandeur Global Awards
· Gault & Millau, Time Out Awards, and others
· Prepare documentation, brand profiles, and follow up with organizers
5) Travel & Tourism Partnerships
Establish relationships with:
· Travel agencies
· Hotel concierge teams,
· City tour operators,
· Corporate travel planners
· Catering menus
· Offer packages
· Commission-based deals
6) Photography, Menu & Visual Assets
· Plan photoshoots and videos for social and delivery platforms
· Ensure all menu photos, posters, and brand visuals are up to date
Coordinate with graphic designers or freelancers when needed
7) Catering Sales & B2B Deals
· Approach government offices, private companies, and embassies to secure catering orders
· Share menus, samples, and close deals for:
· Corporate lunches
· Event catering
· Private and government functions
· Maintain and grow a database of regular clients
8) Reporting & Coordination
Submit weekly reports on:
· Social media growth & performance
· Campaign outcomes
· Sales leads and B2B partnerships
· Government outreach and kiosk statuses
· Work closely with the Owner, Operations, and Kitchen teams to ensure marketing reflects actual offerings
9) Ownership & Professionalism
· Represent the brand with professionalism in all external dealings
· Stay updated on UAE food trends, events, and awards
· Think creatively, act independently, and take full ownership of targets
10) Accountability
· This position carries full responsibility for sales growth, online presence, and brand exposure.
· Performance is measured by lead generation, activations secured, partnerships built, and increased revenue across all channels.
