1. Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns digital platforms.
Create and oversee engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and SMS campaigns. Optimize campaigns for ROI and maintain key metrics (CAC, conversion rate, engagement).
Track analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
2. Merchant & Client Acquisition (Outdoor Sales)
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential merchants, brands, and B2B partners to onboard them .
Negotiate partnership terms and close deals to achieve merchant onboarding targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and key accounts.
3. Strategy & Market Development
Develop quarterly marketing calendars, campaign budgets, and promotional offers.
Identify new market trends and growth opportunities, including exhibitions and on-ground activations.
Collaborate with the technology team for in-app marketing and promotional features.
4. Team & Reporting
Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver campaigns. Provide weekly and monthly performance updates to management.
Manage allocated marketing budgets efficiently.
