Implement the group’s marketing strategy across UAE and Oman, ensuring all efforts align with the brand’s positioning and commercial goals in both markets.
Lead, guide, and develop the UAE-based marketing team, including content creators, designers, and social media specialists.
Set clear KPIs for the team, ensure consistent performance, and foster a culture of creativity and accountability.
Oversee the planning, launch, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns — across social media, digital platforms, and offline channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to standard.
Ensure all marketing content, designs, and messaging reflect the brand’s guidelines and voice.
Personally review and approve creative outputs to maintain quality and consistency.
Monitor and analyze campaign results, customer data, and competitor activity to extract insights and guide decision-making.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to the Group Head of Marketing.
Identify and build strategic partnerships with local brands, influencers, and collaborators that enhance brand visibility and reach.
Support retail teams in driving footfall and enhancing customer experience through in-store events, launches, and seasonal activations.
Work closely with the e-commerce team to grow online sales through targeted digital marketing, content strategies, and performance campaigns.
Ensure alignment between marketing efforts and e-commerce promotions, product drops, and seasonal sales initiatives.
Contribute to improving digital funnels and conversion rates through data-driven recommendations.
