Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact, fostering trust and understanding client needs. Business Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
Project Oversight: Coordinate internal teams (service, product, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery and meet deadlines.
Issue Resolution: Address client queries, complaints, and concerns effectively and promptly. Strategic Planning: Develop account plans, present strategic recommendations, and prepare performance reports/reviews.
