Manage day-to-day facility management operations and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.

Supervise contractors and subcontractors for MEP-related works.

Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Prepare and review technical reports, method statements, and work schedules.
