·       Managing multiple MEP projects (HVAC/Electrical/Plumbing).
·       Ensuring there are minimal problems from the design to the delivery stage.
·       Using project management software, AutoCAD, and word processing programs to create MEP plans.
·       Preparing cost estimates for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems.
·       Overseeing the work of the project team and ensuring adherence to the project schedule.
·       Coordinating on-site work with architects, structural engineers, and electrical engineers.
·       Providing MEP system installation, maintenance, and technical advice to service providers, supervisors, and inspectors.
·       Inspecting, analyzing, and finding solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features.
·       Reviewing and evaluating the work of laborers, sub-contractors, consultants, and other construction industry professionals.
·       Reviewing contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan.
·       Making technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirements.
·       Monitoring and maintaining on-site health and safety policies and explaining the necessity of complying with these to the crew.
·       Undertaking off-site inspections of MEP equipment and materials to ensure compliance with regulations and project suitability.
·       Making sure deadlines are met.
