Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Planning: Develop detailed designs and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in compliance with project specifications and standards.
2. Project Management: Oversee the implementation of MEP systems, ensuring the timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
3. Technical Supervision: Provide guidance and expertise during the installation, commissioning, and testing phases of MEP systems.
4. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs.
5. Compliance: Ensure all systems comply with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability requirements.
6. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges on-site, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
7. Documentation: Prepare detailed project reports, including BOQ (Bill of Quantities), technical submittals, and as-built drawings.
8. Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and testing to ensure MEP systems meet quality and functional requirements.
9. Innovation: Keep updated on the latest MEP technologies and methodologies to incorporate best practices in designs and projects.
