- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, MEP, or civil systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPMs): Conduct scheduled maintenance activities as per CAFM system instructions, ensuring all equipment and systems are operating effectively and efficiently.
- Reactive Maintenance (RMs): Respond to and address urgent maintenance issues and breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and maintain building operations.
- CAFM System Use: Utilize the CAFM system to log, schedule, and update maintenance activities, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and facility managers to ensure coordinated and efficient operations.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports on maintenance activities, findings, and recommendations for improvements or repairs.
- Training & Development: Stay updated on the latest technologies and practices in the field to enhance skills and knowledge.
