- Collaborate with project teams to schedule and coordinate testing activities, minimizing disruption to project timelines while maximizing efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections and performance tests on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to verify functionality and safety.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues during the testing phase, providing actionable solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports of testing results and commissioning activities, documenting compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Train and supervise site personnel on proper testing and commissioning procedures, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to present findings, address concerns, and provide updates on project status and testing outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies related to MEP systems to enhance testing and commissioning practices.
- Ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Manage budgets for testing and commissioning activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality.
