Lead, manage, and develop a team of MEP engineers and technicians by providing effective supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing workforce. Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive MEP maintenance plans in compliance with regulatory standards, statutory requirements, and industry best practices. Conduct regular inspections of MEP systems and equipment, identify potential risks or deficiencies, and coordinate timely corrective actions, repairs, and system upgrades. Prepare and implement monthly invoicing forecasts in line with operational performance and contractual obligations. Develop, control, and ensure adherence to the approved budget plan. Optimize employee costs by ensuring appropriate staffing levels and effective utilization of manpower and working hours.
