Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of MEP projects 

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions 

Administer subcontractor packages, including procurement, payments, and variations 

Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance 

Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts 

Ensure compliance with contract conditions and company procedures 

Liaise with project teams, clients, and consultants
