· Having deployment or Operations experience of Microsoft Defender for endpoint and servers, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud apps and defender for Office 365

· Must be able to handle operational incidents and fulfil incidents and service requests coming up for Defender for Endpoint & Defender for Office 365 solutions.

· Must have knowledge to configure endpoint security policies though Intune and direct onboarding mechanism.

· Troubleshooting of issues identified during deployment of Microsoft defender solutions

· Having good experience in handling incidents on Defender 365 solutions from a daily operations perspective.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· SC 200 or MS 500 certifications would be an added advantage
