Carry out preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance tasks according to trade expertise (masonry, plumbing, painting, AC repair/servicing, general works). Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical issues efficiently. Install, repair, and maintain equipment, fixtures, and building systems as per standards. Ensure work quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned jobs. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete multi-trade projects. Maintain proper use and care of tools, equipment, and company resources. Provide support across trades when required (flexibility to assist in other tasks). Follow all health, safety, and company regulations while on duty.
