We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team at Tradify Solutions. The role involves interacting with potential customers, explaining our AI trading software, and converting leads into clients.
� Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain product features, benefits, and value proposition clearly
Generate interest and schedule demos for prospects
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
� Required Skills
Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English mandatory)
Strong convincing and negotiation ability
Confidence and positive attitude over calls
Basic understanding of sales process
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally
� Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Prior telesales experience is an added advantage
