Are you passionate about supporting neurodivergent children through a compassionate, connection-first approach?

BuddyFly is hiring dedicated buddies to provide tutoring support, assist during outings, help build confidence and independence, and offer holistic support for children and families. This may include supporting children during community activities, emotional regulation, learning support, therapy appointments, or simply being a steady, trusted buddy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with neurodivergent or special needs children

• Backgrounds in ABA, psychology, OT, speech therapy, education, SEN support or related fields are a bonus
