Network Monitoring & Operations
Monitor network devices, servers, and applications using NOC tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.)
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Level 1 network and system issues
Ensure continuous uptime and performance of network infrastructure
Incident Management
Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of alerts and incidents
Log, track, and manage incidents through ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams as per defined SLAs
Alert Handling & Troubleshooting
Analyze alerts related to network (LAN/WAN), servers, and connectivity issues
Perform basic troubleshooting for routers, switches, firewalls, and links
Validate false positives and ensure accurate incident reporting
Communication & Reporting
Provide timely updates to stakeholders on incident status and resolution
Maintain detailed logs, reports, and shift handover documents
Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
Maintenance & Health Checks
Perform routine system and network health checks
Monitor bandwidth utilization, latency, and device performance
Assist in scheduled maintenance activities
