Project Management & Coordination

  • Coordinate multiple Odoo implementation projects simultaneously from initiation to closure

  • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and status reports

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations using project management tools

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly project reviews, and stakeholder meetings

  • Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively

  • Manage change requests and ensure scope changes are documented and approved

Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination and communication

  • Prepare and deliver clear project status updates to internal and external stakeholders

  • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and obtain client sign-offs

  • Organize training schedules, go-live planning, and post-implementation support handovers

Documentation & Administration

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, action logs, and decision registers

  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist in invoicing and resource planning

  • Ensure project artifacts are stored, versioned, and accessible to all team members

  • Support pre-sales activities including proposal preparation and project scoping
