Project Management & Coordination
Coordinate multiple Odoo implementation projects simultaneously from initiation to closure
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, work breakdown structures (WBS), and status reports
Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource allocations using project management tools
Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly project reviews, and stakeholder meetings
Identify and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
Manage change requests and ensure scope changes are documented and approved
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination and communication
Prepare and deliver clear project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions and obtain client sign-offs
Organize training schedules, go-live planning, and post-implementation support handovers
Documentation & Administration
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, action logs, and decision registers
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and assist in invoicing and resource planning
Ensure project artifacts are stored, versioned, and accessible to all team members
Support pre-sales activities including proposal preparation and project scoping
