We are looking for a reliable and personable Office Admin cum Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, and performing various administrative tasks to support our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and filing.
- Assist with office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide support to other departments as required.
