We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing essential support to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Guest Support: Warmly greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them appropriately.
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical assistance, including photocopying, filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring common areas (meeting rooms, break areas, reception) are tidy and presentable.
  • Hospitality: Offer refreshments (tea, coffee, etc.) to staff and visitors.
  • Supplies Management: Monitor office supplies, order new stock as needed, and ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Data Entry and Clerical Tasks: Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Errands and Deliveries: Handle office errands, including document delivery and package handling.
  • Event Support: Provide support in organizing meetings and events.
