Client Requirement:

1. An onsite resource with lead-level capacity - good Oracle application/technology understanding.
2. Work closely with the client stakeholder, and other onsite teams in requirement gathering and formulating it to deliverable actions.
3. Work closely with the remote team and system monitoring team for BAU tasks and reports preparation.
4. Manage the overall process and progress of the project delivery.
5. Ensure the remote team delivers their BAU tasks - Daily, Weekly, etc., and support activities within the SLA.
6. Good understanding & hands-on one of the following applications - Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic, Crystal Reports, etc.,

Scope of Work:

1. Daily - Database, WebLogic, and other application Health Checks of servers.
2. Daily - Database Backup / Job Monitoring.
3. Provide on-demand assistance with database queries to support analysis and reporting.
4. Periodical Oracle Database Patching.

Note: There will be an Oracle DBA and WebLogic remote resource will support you for all the BAU activities.  And 24 x 7 remote monitoring team will monitor and manage server & application performance.

Overall Requirement:

1. On-site resource needs to be in the office (Sharjah) 3 days a week (it can be Flexible).
2. Will be the single point of contact with the client and coordinate the overall project team
3. Take ownership and ensure the delivery on time and within SLA.
