Designation : Operation Supervisor

Duration : 3 months contract Extendable, depends on the client

Visa : Freelance Visa required(Minimum validity of 12 months)

Location : Abu Dhabi

In this role, you will run some exciting activities:

· Lead shift operations and maintain safety standards

· Manage labor allocation and track associate performance

· Communicate critical shift information and deliver training

· Analyze data and implement process improvements

· Coach and develop associates to meet performance goals

You will also need to be able to:

· Lift packages weighing up to 22 kg

· Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during 9 /10 hours shifts

· Operate carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move stuff large quantities of merchandise

· Go up and down stairs

· Navigate through different areas of the warehouse

· Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Essential requirements to apply:

· You are 18 years old or above

· Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)

· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis.

· Problem solving and decision making abilities.
