Job Description: Operations Coordinator 
 Key Points: 
-   Experience with Booking Allocation:   Prior experience in efficiently allocating bookings and drivers to designated  vehicles.  Ability to manage and optimize the allocation process for maximum  efficiency.  
-  Dispatching Responsibilities:  Proficient in dispatching all vehicles promptly and ensuring timely operations.   Coordination of logistics to meet service demands and schedules. 
-  Vehicle Inspection:  Thoroughly check and inspect all vehicles to ensure they meet safety and  operational standards.   Implement preventive maintenance measures for the fleet.  
-  Driver and Vehicle Management:   Strong knowledge of driver and vehicle management principles.   Implement strategies for enhancing driver performance and ensuring the  maintenance of vehicles.  
-  Booking Platform Knowledge:  Familiarity with various booking platforms such as Transfeero, Kiwi Driver,  Get Transfer, Uber, Sixt My Driver, or similar is a plus.  Ability to navigate and utilize these platforms efficiently.  
-  Chauffeur Services Knowledge:   Basic understanding of chauffeur services and familiarity with how limousines  and chauffeur-driven services operate.   Knowledge of luxury transport standards and customer service in chauffeur driven environments.  
-  Communication Skills:  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  Ability to communicate effectively with drivers, staff, and clients.  
-  MS Office Expertise:  Hands-on experience with MS applications, especially Excel.  Proficiency in utilizing spreadsheet tools for data analysis and reporting. 
 Additional Skills (Preferred): 
-  Knowledge of other industry-related software and technology.  
-  Familiarity with route optimization and tracking systems. 
-  This Operations Coordinator role requires a dynamic individual with a strong operational  background, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of vehicle and  driver coordination efficiently.
-  The candidate should be tech-savvy, possess good  communication skills, and be well-versed in the intricacies of the chauffeur and  transportation industry. Also, the candidate needs to be willing to work in shifts.
