TOPLAND FOR GENERAL SECURITY GUARD SERVICE EST. is looking for an experienced Male Operation Supervisor with a strong background in security and manpower management within the UAE.

Job Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily operations of security guards, helpers, and general laborers

-Manage manpower allocation and overall deployment across multiple sites

-Ensure proper staffing levels and prevent under/over deployment

-Conduct regular site inspections and monitor staff performance

-Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and operational issues

-Prepare duty rosters, attendance reports, and incident reports

-Ensure compliance with UAE security regulations and company policies

-Handle emergencies and resolve operational challenges efficiently

-Supervise discipline, grooming, and overall workforce management.

-Ability to handle high-pressure environments and make informed decisions quickly

-Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams effectively

-Expertise in Operations and Operations Management to ensure efficiency
