Role Purpose The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across the organization, in compliance with Qatar Labour Law, WPS regulations, and company policies. The role involves managing salary calculations, statutory deductions, leave encashments, overtime, end-of-service settlements, and coordinating with HR, Finance, and external authorities to ensure full payroll compliance.
