We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, META Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lead generation, CRM integration, tracking lead conversion, and data analytics. Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and keyword research is essential.

This role requires someone with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising and performance tracking. If you have a passion for scaling campaigns, optimizing ROAS, and driving measurable business growth, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, META Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience segmentation to improve ad targeting.
  • Implement and test ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion strategies to maximize lead generation.
  • A/B test ad copy, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Manage daily budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure maximum ROI.

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting

  • Track lead generation, customer journeys, and conversion rates from ad platforms to CRM.
  • Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking to measure ad performance.
  • Regularly analyze performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) and provide actionable insights.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with campaign insights, key takeaways, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor and optimize funnel performance, ensuring leads are effectively nurtured and converted.

CRM & Lead Nurturing

  • Integrate and track lead data through CRM systems to monitor the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead qualification and nurturing strategies are aligned.
  • Set up automated workflows for lead nurturing through retargeting, email campaigns, and remarketing ads.

Budgeting & Strategy

  • Allocate and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and implement multi-channel performance marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with advertising trends, new platform updates, and industry best practices.
