We are hiring a focused and highly skilled PHP Laravel & Systems Engineer to join our technical team in Dubai. This role is built for engineering professionals who excel in high-autonomy environments, possess strong system-level execution capabilities, and bring the technical discipline required to support 24/7 active systems development and business continuity across cross-border infrastructure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Continuous Systems Development: Build, scale, and maintain robust, high-performance web applications using the Laravel framework, ensuring core active production systems remain agile, clean, and feature-rich.

Secure Infrastructure Architecture: Design, implement, and manage secure authentication and authorization protocols OAuth2, JWT, SAML, SSO to ensure seamless, secure handshakes across multiple decoupled systems, servers, and multi-stage deployment environments Staging, Production, etc

Business Continuity & Resilience: Proactively support and monitor live environments to ensure high availability and zero downtime. Contribute to building robust failover strategies, load balancing, and disaster recovery architectures to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.

Real-Time Architecture: Develop, optimize, and scale event-driven real-time modules—such as live notifications, background synchronization, and data streaming—using Node(dot) js and WebSocket environments to back high-concurrency client demands.

Maintenance & Deployment: Coordinate and execute seamless production deployments, maintain rigorous cross-server connection configurations, and provide continuous system health monitoring to safeguard core operations.

Technical Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation covering core system architecture, access/token management workflows, API security layers, and data continuity plans to ensure perfect operational transparency across international teams
