- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential schedule delays and cost overruns, and recommend corrective actions.
- Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections with the project controls team
- Implement earned value management (EVM) principles and practices.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Review and analyze subcontractor schedules and cost proposals.
- Ensure compliance with US Government regulations and OBO requirements.
- Contribute to risk management activities by identifying and assessing potential project risks.
- · Participate in project meetings and provide schedule and cost updates
