Review the contract documents for each construction package and advise the Engineering/ Construction Manager of any deficiency.
- Review the proposed site organization, planner CV’s and report to the Engineering/ Construction Manager
- Review and approve on the design schedules as submitted by the main contractor and ensure the design schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule.
- Review and approve the procurement schedules as submitted by the main contractor and ensure the design schedule is in compliance with the overall project schedule.
- Review and continuously monitor against approved schedules, the contractors major construction progress and ensure equipment and manpower are adequate or in case of any shortage report to Engineering/ Construction Manager
- Review in detail the recovery schedules as submitted by the contractors and ensure manpower and site supervision staffs are increased
- Regular visits to project sites to validate whether the progress of work on site is in compliance with approved schedules
- Review all daily, weekly, monthly reports as submitted by contractor
- Review any claim involving time impact as submitted by Contractor
- Review field design changes and trend notices
- Advise the Project/ Construction manager of any foreseen slippage of progress and corrective actions to be taken
- Review the commissioning plans as submitted by Contractor and ensure its compliance
