Job Summary:
As a Planning Manager: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project planning process—from initial client brief through design, production, and installation. Your main focus will be to ensure all projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will act as a central coordinator between internal departments (design, production, procurement, installation) and external stakeholders (clients, suppliers, contractors).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop      detailed project timelines, resource allocation plans, and production      schedules for the projects.
- Coordinate      with design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure      timely execution.
- Lead      project kickoff and progress meetings; ensure effective communication      across teams.
- Monitor      project performance.
- Identify      project risks, create contingency plans, and resolve any emerging issues.
- Liaise      with clients to clarify requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work      closely with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of      materials and subcontracted services.
- Review      and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare      regular reports and updates for senior management on project status,      risks, and outcomes.
