Oversee the maintenance and repair of all PMV (Plant, Machinery, and Vehicles) and golf course equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime for uninterrupted operations.
Develop and manage the PMV and golf equipment maintenance budget, including forecasting, cost control, and procurement of parts and supplies to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Implement and maintain a comprehensive preventative maintenance program, including scheduling inspections, servicing, and repairs to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failures.
Manage a team of mechanics and technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
