We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to support our business development and bid management
function. This is a commercially focused, technical role sitting at the intersection of client
engagement and solution design. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a strong
grasp of IT, infrastructure, smart city, and AI domains — and a proven ability to translate client
needs into compelling proposals and presentations. A high standard of PowerPoint and
presentation craft is
essential.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Client Engagement
Support the sales and account management team through the full pre-sales cycle, from
opportunity qualification through to proposal submission.
Engage with clients and prospects to understand business challenges, technical
environments, and project objectives.
Conduct structured requirements gathering sessions and document outcomes clearly for
internal solution and delivery teams.
Articulate SecureMax solutions and value propositions effectively to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders.
Proposal & RFP Management
Lead and coordinate the preparation of RFP responses, RFI replies, and unsolicited
proposals across IT, infrastructure, smart city, and AI opportunities.
Write, structure, and edit proposal content to a high standard — ensuring clarity,
compliance with tender requirements, and persuasive positioning.
Work with technical architects and delivery leads to develop solution narratives, pricing
summaries, and executive overviews.
Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, case studies, and capability statements.
Presentations & Collateral
Design and produce high-quality PowerPoint presentations for client pitches, solution
walkthroughs, and executive briefings.
Translate complex technical content into visually clear, audience-appropriate slides and
leave-behinds.
Support the creation of marketing and capability collateral in coordination with the
business development team.
