- Prepare and float inquiry packages for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Compile complete inquiry documents, including:
Item specifications
BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Approved vendor/supplier lists
Technical drawings and detailed scope - Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and site teams to ensure package accuracy and completeness.
- Source and identify construction materials and relevant subcontractors based on project needs.
- Address clarifications raised during tendering and assess impact on cost, scope, and schedule.
- Analyze quotations and prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.
- Assist in negotiations and vendor/subcontractor finalization.
