Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out projects.
Source and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and project-related requirements.
Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and material requirements.
Prepare and issue RFQs, compare quotations, and finalize suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract terms.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to meet project schedules.
Maintain strong relationships with local UAE suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, design teams, quantity surveyors, and finance departments.
Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure all materials meet approved specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Manage supplier performance, resolve procurement issues, and maintain updated vendor records.
Prepare procurement reports, cost comparisons, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in procurement, preferably within the interior fit-out industry.
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, finishes, joinery, furniture, MEP-related items, and supplier networks in the UAE.
Proven experience in vendor negotiation, cost control, and procurement planning.
Ability to read and understand BOQs, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Strong network of UAE-based suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/procurement systems, and reporting tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
